Meet J.J. Redick this Saturday at the Florida Mall

March 24, 2011

J.J. Redick always rocks his khakis with a cuff and a crease. Duh.

Let me preface this by saying, if this is not real then I better not be held responsible.  If it is real, and you get to meet him, then please thank me profusely.

I stumbled across a random Facebook event earlier that teams up Perry Ellis, J.J. Redick and Dillards and gives you a chance to personally meet the man that all the girls dream about.

Here is the information as provided on the Facebook event:

Saturday, March 26 · 4:00pm – 5:30pm at the Dillard’s Florida Mall

Make a $50 or more Perry Ellis purchase* and receive: VIP line access to meet J.J. Redick, a complimentary basketball** and the option to have the free basketball** or a personal item signed***

Beat the rush and pre-select your favorite Perry Ellis items. The first 50 customers to make a qualifying purchase will also receive a Perry Ellis gift bag.

*Perry Ellis purchase required. Event subject to change or cancellation without notice.  **Offer and items available while supplies last.  ***Limit one signed item per purchase. Due to the usual large turnout for celebrity personal appearances, Perry Ellis cannot guarantee that all individuals will be able to obtain an autograph during the scheduled appearance time. No posed photographs will be permitted. All purchases are non refundable and only available for merchandise exchange. Qualifying purchase of $50 or more is exclusive of applicable taxes.

Let me reiterate… While this looks pretty legit, attend at your own risk.  So button up your khaki’s, slip on your Top-Siders and take your sons and daughters to meet Captain Dreamboat.

The Facebook event is listed here.
