Magic Basketball Online was once a tremendous and glorious website dedicated to Orlando Magic insight and analysis. Born from the naivety that it’s founder, Brian Serra, believed he could provide a unique and powerful take on his hometown team. The site was a moderate success and blossomed from being hosted on wordpress.com for free, into a full-fledged developed site at http://www.magicbasketballonline.com prior to the 2011-2012 season. The site and it’s writers were fully credentialed through the NBA and the Orlando Magic, covering the team for six seasons from the depths of the Amway Center through remote coverage of multiple NBA Drafts and NBA All-Star weekends. Prior to the 2015 season, Brian transferred full ownership of the site to a fellow MBO writer who operated and maintained the site, with love and dedication, until it’s shuttering in January 2017.

While the site contents of the primary MBO website are now vanished into the caches of the internet graveyard, it lives on in the hearts of those who spent tireless hours writing about a losing team and in the minds of the loved ones who were forced to sacrifice their emotions of watching the madness unfold.
